If unable to find a licensee, also check PT Compact Commission Verification Page to see if the PT or PTA holds a compact privilege in North Carolina.


Key to License Letter Designations preceding the license number:
Physical Therapist (PT) = P
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) = A
Compact Privilege Holder = CP; Last Digit "T" = PT; "A" = PTA
Temporary Military Permit = T
Military Privilege = M


Enter a 'P' for Physical Therapist or an 'A' for a Physical Therapist Assistant before the license number, e.g. P1234 or A1234
