Currently we are not charging for a standard listing request, which is sent as an excel file for Active PT's and PTA's and includes license number, name, listed address, and email address.
For our records, we do ask you to email the following information to PTBoard@ncptboard.org each time you request a listing. Standard turn around may be up to 5 business days.
- A sentence making the listing request
- Date
- Requestor name/company
- Email to respond to if there are questions
- Email to send the excel list directly
